Do you accept same day appointments?

Can I make an appointment over the phone instead of booking online?

Online appointments are recommended for 1st time clients in order to set up an account in the system.

l book follow-up appointments after each session, no deposit required

Will my appointment be cancelled if I'm running late?

If you're running late, please call me as soon as possible at 615-237-8116

Anyone who arrives 15 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule.

You will receive a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Can I reschedule my appointment online?

Yes, all appointments can be rescheduled online without forfeiting deposit if done 12 hours before appointment time.

Is the $35 Dollar Deposit always required to book?

$35 deposit is required to reserve your session when booking online.

Exclusive Members do not pay a deposit fee

Deposits are not required when re-booking at checkout after a session.

All Deposits are deducted from service total
